Before you register, we would like you to read the following:
We have worked 3 years on developing the ultimate bra, including redesigning the traditional underwire to a custom fit 3D printed support element; the Curvearis. The patent for this element has now been applied for. It takes 8 to 14 weeks and more than 32 hours of labour to go from 3D scan to final product as it passes through each element of the process and requires several fitting sessions. All our garments are made in our atelier in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Prices for a Custom Fit bra, including a set of 3D printed Curvearis start from €690. A Bespoke Bra starts from €890.
The process of our structured bras including the Curvearis in short:
- After you registered by filling out the form below, we will ask for a €95 non-refundable deposit so we can reserve your place in the production queue. As each garment is technically complicated to create we have to be precise in our production methods.
- After receiving the deposit we make an appointment to scan you in 3D after which you consult with our in house design team for the complete customization of your design.
- Next we send the scan to our software engineers who start modelling your 3D printed Curvearis and create the rest of the technical drawings for your bra.
- After this, we will fit the bra onto you to make sure it fits perfectly and we can finish the bra!
